  • Optimization of the occupation rate

Your property will be on our website with a complete description and a set of photos to well represent what the future tenants will find at their arrival. We highlight the strengths of the property and services nearby. We also work with world-renowned booking platform such as Airbnb and Booking.com but also in collaboration with other real estate agencies to maximize the visibility of your property. We make sure that the suggested prices are in line with the local market in order to ensure optimal occupation and therefore better profits.

  • Property care

Everyone wants to put their lugages in a comfortable, warm, soothing and well maintained home. This is what we strive to offer our guests by taking care of your property to ensure a welcome in the best conditions.

  • Full cleaning twice a week even in case of non occupancy. At the request of the tenants, we can organize the regular passage of a housekeeper.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the pool once a week
  • Garden maintenance per week
  • The regular visit of the property when it is not occupied to check if the equipments work properly (eg hot water, lighting, etc…)
  • The programming of equipment maintenance interventions (eg air conditioning) and services (eg pest control)
