Rental Income Guarantee Program
The room owner/lessee shall receive a 7% annual rental income guaranteed for the first 3 years or a 5% annual rental income guaranteed for the first 5 years which will be calculated from purchase price of the unit minus taxes, maintenance fee and sinking fund. The rental income shall be payable once at the end of each year.
The room owner/lessee can stay or allow relatives and/or friends to stay totaling 30 days during the low season (1st May- 31st October) or 15 days in High Season (1st November – 15th December & 16th February – 30th April) or 7 days in Peak Season (16th December – 15th February). Bookings shall be made30 days in advance during Low Season and 90 days in advance during High and Peak Season.
After the end of RIGP or for those who are not joining the RIGP, it is also available a Rental Program which is 60/40 Net Rental Revenue split thereafter in favor of the room owner/lessee.
