On Patong beach, a “Boutique resort”, a stone’s throw from Patong beach, very close to the famous Soi Bangla, and Jungle Ceylon, in a private street with security, the Hotel includes 3 buildings of 4 floors, for an area of almost 700 Sq.m, with a restaurant / Bar, a laundry room, a reception and an office, on the ground floor and a kitchen. The floors are divided into 4 kinds of rooms:

-3 Standard rooms of 16 Sq.m

-5 Superior rooms of 20 Sq.m

-3 Deluxe rooms of 26 Sq.m

-4 Suites of 40 Sq.m

-1 company apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms and a large living room of around 115 sq.m. Some of the rooms have balconies, the whole has been fitted out according to the quality standards in force, in particular for the electrical system (everything is in LED), a CCTV system is everywhere in the hotel, and the doors are electronic encoder system. All rooms have air conditioning, LED TV screens, hot water with pressure. In the rainy season we collect storm water, because the hotel has a water storage capacity of more than 10,000 L. The rooms are isolated from noise by thick windows and thick curtains which cut off the light. The kitchen is equipped with fridges, pulse oven and dishes, the bar has its coffee machine and everything you need to work immediately.

This hotel was renovated for the first time in 1999, a second time in 2014, and again in 2019.
